I love the sensuality of starting with a blank canvas and gradually extracting the mind’s picture, interpreting it into bright colors and bold shapes, the opportunity to have others enjoy scenes I have imagined, to take them places I have been.  There is an adrenaline rush when I start creating, and enjoyment when a solution is found for a challenging problem.

I also teach Painting and Drawing, and encourage students to experience enrichment in their perception of the outer world and the inner self.
